Refunds and Complaints

Basic information

  1. Prepare the products for return – preferably in the original carton you received from us.
  2. Secure the returned product and place it in the carton along with the completed and signed Return Form.
  3. Fill out the form and print it out.
  4. Do not send the package via the Post Office!
  5. You will send the package back by a courier that supports the Hidden Terapies store.
  6. To order a label and courier contact us at +48 22 397 91 40.
  7. Stick the received label on the package. If you have ordered a courier with a label, it will be pasted by the courier upon receipt of the package.
    You will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 working days after we verify the package received from you.


  1. If you are sending back the package in the original carton you received from us, be sure to remove the old shipping label. Seal the package carefully.
  2. If you are returning more than one product from different orders, place all the products in a single package.
    Remember to write all the order numbers of the returned products in the form.
  3. Stick the return label you received onto the package. If you do not have a printer, we will offer you to pick up the package by Courier, who will have the label ready.
  4. Depending on what form of payment you have chosen, you will receive a refund via the same route. If you paid for the order by cash on delivery or by traditional transfer, the refund will be made to the bank account you indicated in the Return Form. If you paid through PayPal, PayU or with a special voucher, the money will be refunded through these services.
