Natural aromatic substances - are usually found in the form of oils, extracts, extracts, etc. They are obtained only by physical methods from natural raw materials, so they do not undergo chemical transformations.
FATTY ACID ESTERS
These esters, added for technological purposes, are of plant origin and are extracted from the seeds of Moringa oleifera (Moringa oleifera), the horseradish tree, also called ("miracle tree" or "tree of long life") and belongs to the group of superfoods, i.e. the healthiest foods in the world.

Sorbitol - a compound from the group of sugars. In nature it is found in many fruits. In higher concentrations it can be found, for example, in pears, apples, peaches, apricots and cherries, with concentrations four to five times higher in dried fruits than in fresh ones. In low concentrations it is found in strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, currants, gooseberries, citrus, bananas, pineapples, it is also extracted from rowan.
Taumatin - extracted from the Thaumatococcus Danielli plant, which grows in West Africa, is a sweet protein with a sweetening power 2000-2500 times greater than sucrose. In addition to its sweetening properties, the compound exhibits three main effects, i.e. synergism, masking and enhancing the perception of aroma and flavor substances. Its flavor is released slowly and lasts longer (about 30 minutes) leaving a hint of licorice. It is also known for its remarkable ability to modify the sensation of taste. It enhances the aroma of mint, cinnamon or ginger, while leveling out the unpleasant spiciness. It is used to mask bitter, sour or other unpleasant aftertastes. Based on years of research, the substance has been found safe for health, so it can be successfully recommended for use. In Poland, however, it is hardly available and rarely used.
