Shake before use. Use 3 to 5 times a day, 20 drops each, holding under the tongue for 1-2 minutes. Use preferably on an empty stomach., a minimum of 15 minutes before each meal and in the morning immediately after waking up and in the evening before going to bed.

Use 6-12 months for best results.
