Recommended portion for consumption during the day:

1.5 ml (45 drops), 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Usage:

Shake well before use. 1.5 ml should be dissolved (45 drops) of liquid in 125 ml (half a glass) of water and drink.

Warning:

The ingredients of the supplement may cause photosensitivity, especially in light skin complexion. It is not recommended to take the supplement for people with hypersensitivity to iodine. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a physician before use. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Keep out of reach of small children, in a dry place at room temperature. Protect from light. To be consumed within 26 days of opening the package.
