Ingredients

Milled fruiting bodies of the cocklebur (Cordyceps militaris), milled fruiting bodies of Grifola frondosa, milled fruiting bodies of Japanese sclerotia/shiitake (Lentinula edodes), Japanese sclerotia/shiitake (Lentinula edodes) extract standardised to contain min. 30% polysaccharides.

Ingredients in daily serving (1g)

Milled fruiting bodies of the milfoil (Cordyceps militaris) - 300mg, milled fruiting bodies of the leafy quagga/ maitake (Grifola frondosa) - 300mg, milled fruiting bodies of the Japanese sclerotia/ shiitake (Lentinula edodes) - 280g, Japanese sclerotia/ shiitake (Lentinula edodes) extract - 120mg (including min. 36 mg of polysaccharides).

Recommended portion for consumption during the day

1 g daily, in the morning. Can be added to coffee, tea, yoghurt, muesli, soup, sprinkled on a sandwich.

Remember not to exceed the recommended daily serving to maintain balance and maximise the properties of the formula.
